Marshall Fire Resources for Livestock in Boulder

Thank you for assisting all of those in need.

BCHA is currently working with other area stakeholders like Colorado Horse Rescue (CHR), Boulder County Animal Control, and Mounted Search & Rescue to help provide resources due to emergency like the recent Marshall Fire.

Currently, CHR has a Hay Bank available for those of you in our community who were affected by the wildfire. If you are in need of hay or have hay to donate, please visit CHR for both drop off and pick up. Free winter blankets for horses are also available at CHR, and they are also accepting good-quality, waterproof winter blanket donations. Temporary financial relief due to loss from the Marshall Fire or another crisis may be available through CHR’s Leg-Up Program.

To be added to our emergency resources and donations contact list please e-mail BCHA.
